We have a wonderful infrastructure made up of local volunteers and also Americans & Canadians who spend their winter months here. These wonderful people devote and give their time unselfishly to the children and babies that depend on them for love and care. The help from ALL VOLUNTEERS is absolutely VITAL to the daily operation of
R.I.S.E.and to the everyday life of our children.
The Original Volunteers Program in the U.K. also sends us compassionate young men and women who volunteer at R.I.S.E. They are a great help and we appreciate their service.
When visitors come to
R.I.S.E. they register at the front desk and then are taken on a tour of our facilities by one of our “volunteers”. This gives the visitor a
chance to interact with the children and ask any questions they may have.
