REFUGIO INFANTIL SANTA ESPERANZA (R.I.S.E.) consists of a Board of Directors chaired by Juan Carlos Rios Camarena and made up of other Vallarta business and professional people. The Board sets policy and holds the ultimate responsibility for the welfare of the children. The Refugio Infantil Santa Esperanza, A.C. is a registered, legal, Mexican non-profit organization. All board members of R.I.S.E. and volunteers give of their time willingly and unselfishly to care for the children and are non-salaried.
